Missing persons bill disappeared by Sadiq Sanjrani, no citizen should be picked up outside the law, Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court issued a 5-page written order in the missing persons case.

Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa issued a written order for the hearing of the missing persons case. According to the order, the missing persons bill was disappeared by Sadiq Sanjrani, the court was told that the missing persons bill was presented in the National Assembly.

It was alleged that Sadiq Sanjrani disappeared the bill of missing persons. The court cannot take the stand of Sadiq Sanjrani unless he is made a party to the case. The Missing Persons Commission shall submit the details of their information to the Attorney General within 10 days. The case will be heard after submission of the documents requested by the court. The Supreme Court has restrained the police from misbehavior on the peaceful protest of Baloch protesters. The Supreme Court in its decision said that peaceful protest is the right of every citizen. The Supreme Court has asked for an affidavit from the federal government, no citizen will be outlawed. The Supreme Court while giving instructions said that the senior officers of the concerned ministries of the federal government should give written assurance. No one will be picked illegally by the federal government. It was brought to notice that police brutalized Baloch protestors during court holidays. The court does not allow any kind of violence against peaceful protesters. Peaceful protest is a fundamental right. The court has clarified the right of peaceful protest in Faizabad dharna verdict.
